Depending on how you look at it, I’m either a sommelier who likes to travel and cook, or a traveler who likes to eat and drink. What’s more important to note is you and I like the same things in life.
A good conversation over a delicious meal is one of the few communal luxuries in life. I’m fortunate enough to be able to make a living traveling around the world and sharing people’s stories. From winemakers to chefs and everyone in between—there are so many stories to share, and that’s what this site is about.
I’m a certified sommelier (and a contributing writer) in the Court of Master Sommeliers community. My expertise lies in understanding grapes and growing regions around the world and explaining why food and drink pairings work (or don’t work).
Along the way I began growing cannabis to help my mom, who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis. In 2018, I co-founded a cannabis delivery company called Flowsent in the San Francisco bay area. In the early days of Flowsent I did the buying and had visibility into all the cannabis products available in California.
